The before state was frozen first. Results will be added over time after production release, crawl and index time, and repeated engine-specific measurement windows.

Production pages, raw HTML, Lighthouse, Guard audits, and two AI-visibility windows were captured before the redesign.
Guard findings were reviewed and translated into explicit performance, accessibility, content, entity, and visibility hypotheses.
The new HubSpot theme changes the selected core pages while the Theme DeLight holdout remains unchanged.
After production stabilises, the same routes are rechecked for deterministic technical and accessibility outcomes.
Frozen prompts and engine-specific measurements repeat after crawl and index time; uncertainty and the holdout remain visible.
