Extended Rich Text
Rich text carrying its own background, its own heading level and its own popup. Three instances below, all the module itself.
On a flat brand colour, centred, with a button. HubSpot's own rich text module needs a wrapper section to sit on a background at all.

The heading level is a setting, not a style
Picking h3 writes an h3 into the page. That is what a screen reader follows and what a search engine indexes, so it should not be decided by how big the text happens to look.
With the popup switched on. The button opens a message instead of navigating; switch the popup type to Form and a HubSpot form appears there instead, without adding a second module.
