1. License and Usage

1.1. All themes and modules sold or provided by Freelopers are licensed to you for use within your HubSpot account only.

1.2. For paid products, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the purchased themes and modules for one HubSpot portal only, unless otherwise specified in the product description.

1.3. For free products, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the themes and modules for one HubSpot portal only, unless otherwise specified in the product description.

1.4. The license does not grant you the right to resell, distribute, sublicense, or modify the themes and modules for use outside of HubSpot without prior written consent from Freelopers.

1.5. You agree not to use the themes and modules for any illegal or unauthorized purpose and must comply with all applicable laws and HubSpot's terms of service.

2. Intellectual Property

2.1. All themes and modules sold or provided by Freelopers are the intellectual property of Freelopers. Any unauthorized use or reproduction of the products is strictly prohibited.

2.2. You may not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the themes and modules.

3. Refunds and Support

3.1. For paid products, we strive to deliver high-quality products, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with all HubSpot features or third-party integrations. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our sole discretion. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.

3.2. For free products, we do not offer refunds, and all downloads are provided as-is without any warranties or support.

3.3. We provide support for issues related to the functionality and features of our paid products. Support does not include customization, integration with third-party products, or general HubSpot platform assistance.

3.4. We do not provide support for our free products. All support inquiries will be handled at the discretion of Freelopers.

4. Product Updates

4.1. We may release updates or new versions of our themes and modules from time to time. These updates may include bug fixes, enhancements, or new features.

4.2. Customers who have purchased a paid product are eligible to receive updates for a period of one year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. Freelopers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use or inability to use our themes and modules.

5.2. We do not guarantee that our products will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

6. Indemnification

6.1. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Freelopers and its employees, officers, directors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your use or misuse of our themes and modules.

7. Governing Law

7.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States (or another appropriate global reference), without regard to its conflicts of law principles.

8.1. Freelopers reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
