Freelopers provides HubSpot-related assets including modules, templates, and integrations. We may modify or discontinue services where reasonably necessary.
3. User responsibilities
Unless separate written terms state otherwise, a purchase or download grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the relevant asset. You may not resell, redistribute, use, or modify an asset in an unauthorized or unlawful way or in a way that infringes intellectual property rights.
4. Fees and payments
Prices may change. Refund eligibility is determined by the applicable Marketplace, purchase, or written service terms.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to services where these terms are materially breached or where continued access would create legal, security, or operational risk.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Services are provided on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law. Freelopers disclaims warranties that cannot reasonably be inferred from an applicable written agreement and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or costs arising from unlawful use of the services or a material breach of these terms, subject to applicable law.

The governing law and jurisdiction may be specified in the applicable order, Marketplace terms, or written service agreement.
